did you know that not too many years ago, left-handed people were considered "dis-abled" just because they did things with their left hand instead of their right hand?
and not too long ago, people who learned differently were also considered "dis-abled" and even not intelligent, just because they learned and did things a little bit differently.
it's kind of a silly way of thinking - especially when we consider all of the famous, creative and brilliant differently-abled people who were considered "dis-abled" as children.
