Dry Ingredients:
3 cups of Old Fashion Oats
1/2 cup of chopped Almonds
1/2 cup of whole Almonds
1/2 cup of chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 tsp of cinnamon or nutmeg
Dash of sea salt
1/2-1 cup of dried fruit (such as cranberries, pineapple, grapes, etc.)
'Wet' Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Local Honey
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil (or olive oil)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F
Mix all Dry Ingredients in a large mixing bowl except dried fruit.
In a small saucepan, add honey and oil. Over low heat stir honey and oil until combined (about 3 minutes, do not let the mixture boil!). Pour over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is sticky!
Spread out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. When you take the granola out of the oven it will not be crunchy. This happens as it cools! Mix in dried fruit.

This recipe makes approximately TEN 1 cup servings. You can store the granola in an air tight container for 2 weeks, however it NEVER makes it that long in our houses! Enjoy!!
